Welcome to the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAARTA).  Created as a specialty division of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys (AAAA) in May 2009, AAARTA is a credentialed, professional organization dedicated to the advancement of best legal practices in the area of assisted reproduction and to the protection of the interests of all parties, including the children, involved in assisted reproductive technology matters.  The AAARTA website, www.aaarta.org, is currently being developed and a state-by-state directory of AAARTA Fellows with individual website links is available at AAARTA-Directory.

AAARTA is now accepting applications for membership.  The application materials are available to be downloaded from this page and are self-explanatory.  Anyone interested in applying for membership should complete the materials and send them, along with a check, as indicated in the directions for submission.  Applications are subject to careful evaluation and review, and invitations to membership will be extended only after a due diligence investigation and approval by the AAAA Board of Trustees.
