The mid-year conference of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys is open to ART professionals and adoption attorneys who are not Academy members. In addition to sharing ideas at the general sessions, attendees will be able to network during meals, exhibit hall breaks and a Thursday evening cocktail party, and explore San Francisco from the centrally-located Sir Francis Drake Hotel.

The agenda was created to address the interests of both Academy Fellows seeking CLE credit as well as professionals in all fields of adoption and ART practice.

Insurance issues, constitutional issues, and issues of particular concern to same-sex couples having children through assisted reproduction will be addressed throughout the conference.
